This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the conduct and activities that are prohibited on the Anomaly ArtistOS™ platform. By using our Platform, you agree to comply with all restrictions outlined below.

Prohibited Conduct

Illegal Activity

You may not use the Platform to engage in, encourage, or facilitate any illegal activity, including but not limited to: fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, or violation of export controls.

Intellectual Property Infringement

You may not upload, share, or distribute content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights. This includes unauthorized use of music, artwork, or branding. We take DMCA claims seriously and will act upon valid notices.

Harassment & Abuse

You may not harass, threaten, bully, or engage in abusive behavior toward other users, our staff, or any individuals. This includes threats of violence, harassment based on protected characteristics, or coordinated attacks.

Spam & Malicious Content

You may not spam other users with unsolicited messages, distribute malware, create fake accounts, or attempt to compromise platform security. This includes phishing, unauthorized access attempts, and data harvesting.

Misinformation & Impersonation

You may not impersonate other users, artists, labels, or organizations. You may not create misleading profiles or spread false information intended to deceive other users or manipulate the platform.

Misuse of AI Features

You may not use AI-generated content to deceive, defraud, or mislead others. AI recommendations and reports are informational tools—not guarantees or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying AI output and obtaining professional guidance for critical decisions.

Excessive Resource Use

You may not overload the Platform with automated requests, API abuse, or resource-intensive activities that disrupt service for other users. This includes scraping, excessive API calls, or bot activity.

Account Sharing & Misuse

Your account is for your personal use only. You may not share login credentials, sell your account, or allow unauthorized third parties to access your account. Multi-user access requires a business plan.

Adult & Explicit Content

While artistic expression is encouraged, we do not allow explicit sexual content, non-consensual imagery, or content that sexualizes minors. Profanity in legitimate creative work is permitted; gratuitous profanity for harassment is not.

Platform Manipulation

You may not attempt to manipulate platform features, analytics, or user engagement through fake engagement, artificially inflated metrics, or coordination with others to game algorithms.

Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in:

Warning: First-time minor violations result in a warning and opportunity to remedy.
Content Removal: Prohibited content will be removed immediately.
Account Suspension: Repeated or severe violations result in temporary suspension (7-30 days).
Account Termination: Severe or repeated violations result in permanent account deletion.
Legal Action: Illegal activity may be reported to law enforcement.
DMCA Compliance: Copyright claims are handled per DMCA procedures (see separate policy).

Appeal Process

If your account is suspended or content is removed, you have 30 days to appeal. Contact legal@anomalyartistos.com with:

Your account email
Details of the violation claim
Explanation of why the action was in error

We will review appeals within 15 business days and respond with a decision.

Report Violations

If you witness a violation of this policy, please report it to abuse@anomalyartistos.com with:

The violating user's account or content
Description of the violation
Links or screenshots as evidence

All reports are reviewed within 48 hours. We take reports seriously and maintain reporter confidentiality.
