This policy outlines intellectual property ownership, licensing, and usage rights for content created, shared, or accessed through Anomaly ArtistOS™.
Your Ownership of Content
You retain all ownership and rights to content you create, upload, or share on the Platform, including:
Original music, recordings, and compositions: You own the copyright to any music you create or upload.
Artist profiles and bios: Content you write belongs to you.
Images, artwork, and graphics: Original visual works you create or upload remain your property.
Written content: Blog posts, liner notes, and written materials you create are yours.
Business documents: Contracts, reports, and files you create remain your property.
Anomaly does not claim ownership of your content. By uploading content, you confirm you own or have rights to that content.
License You Grant to Anomaly
By uploading content to the Platform, you grant Anomaly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Store and maintain your content on our servers
Display your content within the Platform to you and your team
Process your content for AI analysis (e.g., genre classification, trend analysis)
Use aggregated data for platform analytics and improvements
Back up your content for disaster recovery
We do NOT: Sell, distribute, or publicly share your content. Your private uploads remain private unless you explicitly share them.
Ownership of AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI tools on the Platform (images, graphics, recommendations, reports) is owned by you, subject to the following conditions:
Non-infringing use: AI-generated content must not infringe third-party intellectual property. You are responsible for ensuring generated content is original.
Licensing fees: AI generation uses your credits. Once generated, the output is yours to use within the Platform and in your creative work.
No warranty: We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is unique or doesn't accidentally resemble existing works.
Disclosure: If you use AI-generated content publicly, consider disclosing that AI was involved in creation (see FTC Guidelines).
Commercial use: You may use AI-generated assets commercially if you have a paid subscription.
Anomaly's Intellectual Property
The Platform itself and all features, designs, and services are owned by Anomaly Society Consulting Group or licensed partners, including:
The "Anomaly ArtistOS™" name, logo, and branding
Platform features (dashboard, analytics, AI Manager, Creative Studio)
GODMADE Matrix™ methodology and scoring system
AI algorithms, models, and training
Website design, user interface, and layout
Documentation and guides
You may not copy, modify, or distribute these materials without explicit written permission.
License to Use the Platform
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for personal career management purposes. You may:
Access and use the Platform according to these Terms
Export your data (reports, documents) for personal use
Share Platform access with your team (where allowed by your subscription)
You may NOT:
Copy or clone the Platform's features or design
Reverse-engineer or decompile the Platform
Sell access to the Platform or resell subscriptions
Use the Platform to compete with Anomaly
Scrape or bulk-download Platform features
Third-Party Content & Licensing
The Platform may contain third-party content (fonts, icons, templates) licensed for use. You may not:
Extract or use third-party assets outside the Platform
Share licenses with other users
Use content beyond the scope of our licensing agreement
Music & Sound Rights
If you upload music or sound recordings:
Copyright: You must own or have permission to use the sound recording.
Composition Rights: If you did not write the song, you must have the composer's permission.
Samples: If your music contains samples, you must have cleared sample rights.
Covers: If uploading a cover of someone else's song, you must acknowledge the original composer.
Distribution: You may not use Platform storage to illegally distribute copyrighted music.
Trademark & Brand Usage
You may not use "Anomaly ArtistOS™" or related trademarks without permission, except:
In factual statements that you use our Platform
With proper attribution and ™/® symbols
Do not use our name or logo in ways that suggest endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship without written permission.
